Creating a Modern Brand Identity for a New Residential Development
Blackberry Woods needed a cohesive brand identity and digital presence to attract homebuyers to their new 30-home development in Cheshire, Connecticut. The goal was to create a clean, modern system that would position the development as an upscale, thoughtfully designed community.
About the Client
Blackberry Woods is a new residential development in Cheshire, Connecticut, featuring 30 custom-built homes on spacious 1+ acre lots. The development targets homebuyers seeking upscale, custom-built homes in a prime location with proximity to major thoroughfares while maintaining a pastoral, idyllic setting.
The Challenge
As a brand-new development, Blackberry Woods had no existing identity or online presence. They needed a complete brand system and website that would establish credibility, communicate the development's upscale positioning, and serve as the central hub for all property information—from available lots and site plans to builder details and community amenities. The brand needed to feel modern, clean, and professional while appealing to discerning homebuyers.
